Technologies

What keeps us ahead of technology? What enables us to remain on the cutting edge? White Cliffs' answer to both these questions is quite simple: vision and strategy. WCC's approach to doing anything in the mission space is based on one simple premise, if we are doing the same thing two years from now, we are not doing the right things in the mission space. If there is one thing for certain, technology changes daily, and we must have the vision and preparation to stay ahead of it. This is why WCC tends to focus on those questions that keep us up at night, to include:

  • 4G, LTE, NGN, and associated protocols: How will they be implemented? How will the network change to utilize them? How will they change the way the world communicates?
  • IPv6: Where will it be and when? How can we make the best use of it? How will the network change because of it?
  • Voice/Video/Data convergence: What will tomorrow's network look like?
  • Social Networking: What benefits does it provide? What challenges does it present?
  • New programming languages: What will be required for building tools and services?
  • Cloud Computing: What will it look like five years from now?

In asking these questions, WCC is also able to look at ideas and solutions for what will be required for the challenges of tomorrow. Again, vision and strategy, it's really quite simple.

We focus on the strategy for tomorrow.

We at White Cliffs believe in understanding the cutting edge technologies that will make a difference for mission. We prepare for tomorrow's technologies today.
