Diane Batchik – Partner
As one of the two Partners, Diane Batchik works together with the Leadership Team to provide strategic direction and executive leadership for the company. Ms. Batchik has over 26 years of experience in national security and intelligence, including more than 18 years of government service where she held a variety of operational and senior management positions with the Department of Defense.
Ms. Batchik's experience includes Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) collection, analysis and reporting; Information Assurance; counterintelligence; support to military and diplomatic operations; and advanced technology development for the national security mission. She is active in the community, serving for the past 3 years as a Mentor for AFCEA's Women in Intelligence Group, speaker at multiple industry events, and captain for a yearly 24-hour bicycling team raising funds for cancer research and prevention.
John Skordas – Partner
John Skordas works with Diane and the leadership team to efficiently drive White Cliffs against its business and mission imperatives. His primary focus is on developing technical and mission strategies aimed at solving our customers' hardest problems. Mr. Skordas is a business and technical professional with over 22 years of experience leading efforts across Government, Government Industry and commercial work in the fields of telecommunications engineering, technical intelligence analysis, network security and program management.
Mr. Skordas has a passion for network communications and specifically the challenges faced in engineering, analyzing and securing the next generation converged telecommunications infrastructure. He has been an active member in the IEEE Communication and Computer Societies since completing his graduate studies. He has applied his knowledge as a Technical Director within Government, an Engineering Program Manager deploying commercial infrastructure with AOL and as a Business leader in Government industry. Mr. Skordas likes to invest in people and believes in mentoring and enjoys sharing what he has learned by helping others technically and managerially.
Mike O'Connor – Director, Mission Operations
Mike O'Connor is responsible for managing all WCC personnel and daily operations of the company within the mission space. Mike works directly with the WCC executive leadership and leadership team in driving the operational and strategic goals and objectives for the company. With over 21 years of military, national security and intelligence community experience, Mike comes with a rich background of operational and leadership experiences with the Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) arena, to include support to military operations, SIGINT development, collection and analysis, Tailored Access Operations and deployments in direct SIGINT support to combat operations.
Athena Starry – Business Operations Manager
Athena Starry oversees all business operations for White Cliffs. As a member of the leadership team, she provides financial planning, analysis and strategy to best benefit our employees and the company. She is responsible for contract management including contract negotiations, proposal preparations, and ensuring compliance with contract and federal requirements.
She has been a member of the National Contract Management Association for over 14 years and is a Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM).
Robert St. John – Analysis Technical Lead
Robert St. John is responsible for the technical health of all WCC analysts and conducts all technical interviews for potential Analyst hires. He works closely with other members of the Leadership Team and Executive Leadership to achieve technical goals, training and mentoring for the company's Analysts. Robert has over 22 years of experience in SIGINT Development and Network Security while maintaining competence in two foreign languages. Robert comes with a background in Counterterrorism, Middle East, North Africa, Tailored Access Operations and Penetration Testing.
Bill Simonds – Engineering Technical Lead
Bill Simonds is responsible for all WCC engineering aspects and systems support within the mission space. Bill has over 23 years of experience designing, deploying and troubleshooting collection systems for the US Government. He started his career with 13 years as a Government employee in the intelligence community including three years at a field site. Since leaving the Government he has worked at a number of companies supporting the intelligence community before finding his way to White Cliffs. Recently his focus has been on helping others to understand their systems and how to configure them for optimal performance.
Matthew Immler – Information Technology Lead
Matt is responsible for leading White Cliff's information technology initiatives, and oversees the design and implementation of the company infrastructure and networks. Matt brings with him a solid background in systems administration, virtualization and VoIP technology which he has applied in various positions throughout the intelligence community. Matt holds a Masters degree in Information Technology and has multiple certifications in Linux and VMware administration. Since starting with White Cliffs in February 2009, he has had the task of designing, building and maintaining the infrastructure of the company headquarters.

Kelley Stachurski – Human Resources and Security Manager
Kelley Stachurski is responsible for managing the Security and Human Resources Departments of WCC.
In her role as the human resources (HR) manager, she is responsible for human resources (HR) strategy, benefits, employee and labor relations, training and development for career enhancement, and organization effectiveness. She works closely with the executive leadership team to enable growth and deliver maximum business results in the best interest of the White Cliffs employees.
In her role as the company Security Manager, she assumed all responsibility for managing the Security program in accordance the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and all other security-related regulations and procedures. She is certified as a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) as well as Facility Security Officer (FSO) from the Defense Security Service and is an active member of the Industrial Security Awareness Council of Central Maryland.
Jen Duvall – Senior Contracts Administrator
Jen Duvall is responsible for handling all contractual actions, including proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and day-to-day contract administration. In these roles she is growing the business, protecting the interests of White Cliffs, and ensuring compliance with all contract and federal requirements.
She is a member of the National Contract Management Association and is currently working towards a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Acquisition and Contract Management.
